Solid place to stop for lunch on/around Auraria Campus. Their food and vibe feels very authentically Mexican, and the prices are generally reasonable. Lots of meat choices (highly recommend their Adobada), all fresh ingredients, and the staff has always been very nice!

I'm absolutely speechless by how incredible this place is. It has the essence of home, a friendly staff, the most reasonable prices I've ever come across (my meal + breakfast the next day was $20), and to top it all off, it was done SO quickly. I was on a lunch break doing a job at the convention center nearby and was nervous about taking too long, but because of how professional the staff is, I ended up having time to eat my meal and make it back to work early! Thank you to everyone at Los Molinos, you've got a customer for life here!

This shop has great and affordable food for being downtown and on campus. The General Manger is very friendly and also supports student events and projects when possible! The staff are all friendly as well. Their breakfast burritos are a must at least once a week for me! Also the best REAL horchata I have had around these parts!

Los Molinos is a must-visit! Their tortillas are fresh, soft, and absolutely perfect. The chicken is incredibly flavorful—juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. As always the food was delish. That and it only took like 5 minutes for my order to be ready. talk about speedy service. The hortchata is good and the guacamole is amazing I love this place so much exactly what I needed after a tough class.
